📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hospital partners by interpreting and applying accreditation standards in practical ways • Lead accreditation readiness efforts, including gap analyses, policy development, and survey preparation • Guide clients through mock audits, corrective action planning, and ongoing compliance efforts • Develop tools, templates, and processes that support scalable and sustainable compliance • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align on approach and priorities • Deliver training and provide ongoing education on accreditation standards • Identify risks, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement across quality programs • Act as a subject matter expert on URAC and ACHC standards • Support leading pharmacy programs through high-impact, advisory-focused work • Shape how accreditation support is delivered

🎯 Requirements

• PharmD • Active U.S. Pharmacist license in good standing • 3+ years of pharmacy experience (hospital, specialty, or similar) • Experience with compliance, audits, or quality initiatives • Exposure to URAC or ACHC accreditation (preferred) • People management or project management experience • Experience working with cross-functional teams or external stakeholders • Strong judgment and ability to think beyond black-and-white solutions • Comfort challenging assumptions and influencing stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to apply feedback and grow • Ability to balance quality, speed, and competing priorities • Solid computer skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Ability to navigate the internet and web-based platforms • Data entry and computer skills will be evaluated through an assessment as part of the pre-employment process • Must be eligible to work as a U.S. pharmacist with an active license in good standing
