📋 Description
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues in existing SAP ABAP developments • Debug and correct existing custom programs and reports • Implement small adjustments and enhancements where required • Support HR master data migration and data processing between SAP systems • Analyze and resolve data inconsistencies and processing errors • Troubleshoot SAP background jobs and custom interfaces • Work with existing custom tables, reports, function modules and RFC-based processes • Support testing and validation of implemented fixes • Document technical changes where required • Collaborate directly with the international HR IT team
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience • Strong ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills • Proven experience maintaining and modifying existing custom developments • Good understanding of SAP tables, reports, function modules and background jobs • Experience with RFC-based interfaces or SAP-to-SAP data transfers • Ability to quickly understand an existing technical setup with limited onboarding • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Independent and pragmatic working style • Fluent English
