📋 Description

• Lead medical equipment installations for Siemens Healthineers Diagnostic Imaging • Directly manage dedicated XP Installation Engineers and oversee installations through completion • Drive customer satisfaction, operational metrics, and installation quality • Partner with the Project Management Office to deliver customer experience • Liaise with XP Business Line, SCM, U.S. sales, and service organizations on technical installation matters • Serve as escalation point for XP project management support requests • Manage installation productivity and cost containment • Identify gaps and training opportunities • Improve Project Management, Installation, and Logistics processes • Optimize project milestone timing • Lead cross-functionally to ensure product turnover is completed on time • Own team KPIs, including cycle time, installation quality, and revenue targets • Report to the VP, Solutions Implementations within the Customer Supply Chain organization

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree • 10+ years of successful experience with supply chain management, project management, and installation of capital medical equipment • High degree of business acumen, including financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, and customer competencies • Complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in the area of specialization • Knowledge of organizational business practices and issues • Proficiency with current MS Windows platform and MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Demonstrated organizational skills • Strong people management and people development capabilities, with ability to manage and lead change in a dynamic environment • Consistent track record of innovative thinking and process improvement • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing work on time and with high quality • Willingness to travel up to 25%–40% • Valid driver's license in the state of residence • No prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations, unless prohibited by state/local law • Successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
