📋 Description

• Monitor bid boards for RFP issuance and evaluate opportunities, requirements, risks, and go/no-go recommendations • Gather and analyze government purchasing data to improve bids • Support FOIA requests • Prepare and submit ECAT catalog updates and bundles accurately, completely, and on time • Support ATO activities by coordinating documentation, reviews, stakeholder approvals, and follow-up actions • Support audits and compliance with contract terms, internal policies, governance standards, pricing requirements, and regulatory obligations • Support government contract administration, including renewals, modifications, and required deliverables • Assist with distribution operations and strategic operational improvements • Support product, pricing, and financial operations • Develop reporting and operational insights • Drive distribution process improvements • Partner with internal teams and external business partners to ensure accurate product setup, compliant pricing, timely contract administration, efficient processes, and operational visibility

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in operations, contract administration, pricing, government programs, RFP/ATO support, distribution, or related business function • Knowledge of government contracting, ECAT catalog management, GSA/FSS pricing, and contract deliverables • Experience with SAP, Power BI, ANA, Shareville, SAM.gov, Bloomberg preferred • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and recommend practical solutions • Ability to collaborate across functions and explain operational requirements clearly • High attention to detail and strong commitment to compliance, process discipline, and documentation quality • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
