📋 Description

• Service MR Imaging Equipment in the Detroit, MI area. • Install, service, maintain, and modify Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites. • Deliver timely and effective repairs. • Train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. • Manage financial performance within the territory, including revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management. • Manage company assets including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts. • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers. • Perform necessary administrative duties accurately. • Participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma, Technical Degree or equivalent experience. • 3-5+ Years of field service experience is desired. • Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision. • Experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment. • Ability to work both individually and in an established team setting. • Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography. • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification. • Valid driver's license in the state of residence. • Ability to drive independently day and night and good driving record required. • Must meet applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements for client-site access, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training. • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform walking, ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting, squatting, standing, high-reach, fine grasping manipulation, and work alone. • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law. • Must not have prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations, unless prohibited by state/local law.
