📋 Description

• Install, diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair complex equipment and systems • Understand the production process to identify product or equipment failures and rectify them as appropriate • Perform product testing on-site • Perform technical repairs • Develop close working relationships with customers • Provide regular technical support and support system operation and maintenance • Serve as the company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned tasks • Work closely with external and internal customers, including engineering, sales, and marketing • Resolve customer complaints and maintain records

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or science field is required, or equivalent • 4 years of related engineering experience • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Flexibility for extensive domestic and/or international travel • Availability to work overtime and weekends when required • Excellent relationship-building, customer complaint resolution, and record-keeping skills • Strong troubleshooting, technical, and customer service skills • Honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct • Ability to perform product testing and technical repairs • Must work with moderate supervision and handle problems of moderate scope
