📋 Description

• Service XP/AX Imaging Equipment in the Fargo, North Dakota area • Install, service, maintain, and modify Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites • Deliver timely and effective repairs • Train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction • Manage territory financial performance, including revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management • Manage company assets, including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers • Perform necessary administrative duties accurately • Participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma, Technical Degree or equivalent experience • 1-2+ years of field service experience is desired • Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision • Experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment • Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to work individually and in an established team setting • Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification • Valid driver's license in the state of residence • Ability to drive independently day and night and good driving record • Ability to meet Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include identification, background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform the listed physical activities • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
