• Own and drive revenue growth across Siepe’s SaaS and services platform. • Originate, qualify, and close complex multi-product opportunities. • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline aligned to Siepe’s ideal client profile. • Lead discovery, solution positioning, pricing, and contract negotiation. • Develop strategic account plans for priority targets and Tier 1 relationships. • Partner closely with Product, Implementation, and Business Heads on deal scoping. • Represent Siepe at industry conferences, panels, and client events. • Serve as a senior commercial voice in go-to-market strategy and positioning. • Establish Siepe as a trusted long-term partner to credit managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. • 7–12+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, FinTech, or financial services. • Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. • Deep familiarity with buy-side credit, CLOs, private credit, and structured finance. • Experience selling bundled technology and services solutions. • Enterprise deal execution and revenue leadership. • Strategic account development and relationship management. • Opportunity qualification and solution selling. • Commercial negotiation and contract execution. • Market expertise in credit and investment operations. • Cross-functional collaboration and internal leadership. • CRM discipline and repeatable sales process execution. • Executive-level communication and presentation. • Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
