📋 Description

• Process freight and parcel claims accurately and timely across multiple carriers and clients • Work with operations, customer success, and data teams to resolve shipment loss or damage claims • Review and process claims for loss, damage, or delay according to company policies and carrier terms • Establish liability and determine appropriate settlements from shipping documentation • Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready claim records • Identify root causes and claim trends across clients and carriers • Support continuous improvement, process automation, and preventative measures • Use AI tools to improve claim documentation, reporting, and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Communicate with carriers, clients, and internal teams to keep claims moving smoothly • Review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, proof of delivery, and carrier notes, to establish liability and determine appropriate settlement • Enter and update claim information accurately in the tracking system; maintain complete, audit-ready records • Leverage AI tools such as SiftedAI and Claude for claim documentation, report drafting, and root-cause analysis • Identify claim trends across clients and carriers and share insights supporting operational improvements and preventative measures • Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and innovation sessions focused on process automation and continuous improvement • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, pivot tables, large datasets, and dashboard building • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume transactional work under time-sensitive deadlines • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders such as carriers and clients • Curious, proactive problem-solving approach with a track record of seeing issues through to resolution • Ability and willingness to embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving and innovation • Strong organizational and multitasking ability with a solutions-focused mindset • High school diploma or GED required • No minimum years of experience required • Previous exposure to parcel, freight, or claims processing is a bonus • Postsecondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred
