๐Ÿ“‹ Description

โ€ข Drive revenue across MedTech World's sponsorship, exhibition, and partnership offerings for the US and Canadian markets, covering all four annual summits. โ€ข Build and manage a strong pipeline of sponsors, institutional partners, hospital systems, government bodies, and corporate exhibitors from within the North American MedTech and HealthTech ecosystem. โ€ข Lead the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting and outreach through to proposal, negotiation, and close. โ€ข Develop tailored commercial proposals that match sponsor and partner objectives to MedTech World's event portfolio. โ€ข Represent MedTech World at industry events, conferences, and networking forums across North America to build brand presence and generate leads. โ€ข Work closely with the partnerships and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience for sponsors and partners before, during, and after each event. โ€ข Provide regular pipeline reports, revenue forecasts, and market intelligence to the leadership team. โ€ข Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities across the region, including health system innovation arms, venture funds, accelerators, trade associations, and federal and state government bodies.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข Proven track record in senior sales or business development within the events, MedTech, HealthTech, or life sciences sectors. โ€ข A strong existing network across the US and Canadian MedTech, HealthTech, or healthcare innovation ecosystem that you can activate from day one. โ€ข The ability to work independently without day-to-day direction, while remaining a strong and collaborative team player. โ€ข Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value commercial agreements. โ€ข Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. โ€ข Comfort operating across multiple time zones and markets simultaneously. โ€ข Willingness to travel across North America and internationally for events and client meetings. โ€ข Experience with CRM platforms and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
