📋 Description

• Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across growth, finance, product, customer operations, and organizational planning • Analyze business performance, identify trends, and develop recommendations for company leadership • Build dashboards, reporting processes, and operating metrics • Partner with functional leaders to define goals, track progress, and address execution risks • Develop and improve internal processes, workflows, and systems as the company scales • Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation • Conduct market, customer, competitor, and operational analyses • Prepare business reviews, executive presentations, and board materials • Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, products, and market expansion initiatives • Translate leadership priorities into workstreams, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes • Support special projects related to fundraising, pricing, organizational design, and company-wide transformation • Help establish scalable operating practices across teams and functions • Submit an application to join SignalFire’s Talent Network • Potentially be matched with and contacted about roles at SignalFire portfolio companies

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, finance, product operations, corporate development, or a related function • Prior experience in a venture-backed startup, high-growth technology company, consulting firm, investment firm, or similarly fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous questions • Experience using data to develop recommendations and influence business decisions • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Comfort working with business intelligence tools • Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills • Hands-on, low-ego operating style and willingness to work beyond a narrowly defined scope • Experience with financial modeling, KPI development, or strategic planning may be helpful depending on the role • LinkedIn URL, resume/CV, and current or preferred working location required for the Talent Network application
