📋 Description

• Provide financial systems management and technical support to Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), Resources and Force Analysis (RFA) • Support day-to-day financial management operations • Troubleshoot financial system issues • Assist commands with financial resources • Provide analytical and technical writing support • Independently manage assigned tasks • Communicate effectively with Government stakeholders • Produce accurate, professional written products with minimal supervision • Quickly learn organizational processes and financial systems • Resolve customer issues and support mission requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience supporting financial management, financial systems, business operations, DoD programs, or a related field • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, information systems, or a related discipline • Experience analyzing financial data, researching discrepancies, and identifying practical solutions to financial or systems-related problems • Experience preparing financial reports, analyses, correspondence, or other professional written products • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to independently manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with minimal supervision • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively with Government personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders • Active Secret clearance required
