📋 Description

• Support the development and documentation of the Level 1 / Version 1 Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Playbook • Collaborate with O&M team members and subject matter experts to gather information and document operational processes • Create, update, and maintain process flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio or similar process-mapping tools • Facilitate the review, revision, and validation of process documentation for accuracy and consistency • Assist in drafting and formatting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related operational documentation • Organize and maintain process documentation libraries and version control practices • Identify opportunities to improve process clarity, workflow efficiency, and documentation standards • Participate in meetings and projects involving Asset Management, Performance, Remote Operations, and NERC-related activities

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to gather, organize, and document information from multiple stakeholders • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment • Preferred: Experience using Microsoft Visio or other process-mapping software • Preferred: Coursework or experience related to process improvement, business operations, or project management • Preferred: Interest in renewable energy, utility operations, asset management, or industrial operations • Preferred: Familiarity with process documentation, workflow analysis, or SOP development • Preferred: Experience working on team projects that required collaboration, organization, and attention to detail
