📋 Description

• Lead revenue cycle management operations that support patient access, operational performance, and organizational growth • Transform revenue cycle processes and build scalable solutions • Lead and coach RCM teams across onshore and offshore environments • Use data analytics and automation to accelerate collections and reduce costs • Manage schedules and priorities independently in a remote environment • Respond to changing payer trends and complex situations • Partner with clinical, IT, AP, and operations teams • Manage offshore vendors and technology partnerships • Drive measurable outcomes in claims, collections, and denial management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading RCM teams across onshore and offshore environments • Ability to work independently, managing schedule and priorities without needing to be in the same room • 3+ years in data analytics and automation experience • Radiology or imaging billing experience preferred • Expertise in denial management and root cause analysis • Offshore vendor management experience preferred • Coding experience and familiarity with Imagine systems a plus • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Employment contingent upon successful completion of drug and background screening • Some positions will require a favorable driving record
