• Around 5 years of consultative B2B services sales (custom software, consulting, or adjacent professional services) • Previous experience selling services is a must • Strong ability to hold conversations about software development approaches, delivery models, and business impact • Demonstrated curiosity about AI and emerging technologies • Experience experimenting with different outbound and networking approaches to generate a pipeline • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
