📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents using the Claude Agent SDK • Build agent workflows using Python or TypeScript, including tool calling, MCP integrations, and API orchestration • Deploy and manage AI agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime • Develop automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for agent builds, testing, and deployments • Configure AWS IAM, ECR, Docker/container packaging, and cloud security • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production AI agent performance • Implement secure authentication, logging, monitoring, and observability • Combine AI agent development (60%) with DevOps/CI/CD engineering (40%)

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years of overall experience • 6–8 years building AI agents and deploying them into production on AWS • Hands-on GenAI or agentic AI development experience • Hands-on AI agent development using the Claude Agent SDK (formerly Claude Code SDK) • Experience building agent workflows using Python or TypeScript • Experience with tool calling, MCP integrations, and API orchestration • Experience deploying and managing AI agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime • Experience independently building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions • Experience configuring AWS IAM, ECR, Docker/container packaging, and cloud security • Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing production AI agent performance • Experience implementing secure authentication, logging, monitoring, and observability • Strong coding and API integration skills • Actual agent deployment and runtime configuration experience • AWS Bedrock model integration and AWS ecosystem knowledge • Docker, AWS ECR, and IAM experience strongly preferred • MCP and tool-calling experience strongly preferred • Terraform or AWS CDK experience good to have • CloudWatch, security, and monitoring experience good to have • Ability to work in western U.S. time zones • Comfortable traveling to client sites for workshops and meetings
