📋 Description

• Consult with corporate leadership and the proposal team on qualifications needed for each position • Post and maintain compelling job descriptions in Greenhouse (ATS) • Use government contract proposal and award statement of work documents to develop and update job descriptions and specifications • Use Boolean and advanced search techniques to source and identify top talent • Screen and interview candidates • Deliver world-class service to candidates and clients • Obtain Letters of Intent (LOI) from qualified candidates for contract proposal efforts • Coordinate with senior leadership and Business Development teams to review and determine top candidates • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting technical skill sets such as software engineering, networking, and infrastructure • Experience delivering world-class hiring manager and client satisfaction in a remote setting • Experience hiring candidates with government security clearances (Secret, Top Secret, SCI, and Poly) • Ability to run market compensation benchmarks for multiple positions and skill levels • Ability to negotiate pay rates within approved ranges and close candidates effectively • BS/MS degree in a relevant field (equivalent experience may substitute for the education requirement) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Some travel required • Background checks and drug testing prior to the start of employment; some positions may also require fingerprinting
