📋 Description

• Lead a revenue cycle team and directly supervise assigned managers. • Develop and implement strategies focused on best-in-class service, quality, responsiveness, and client direction. • Partner with managers and associates to determine staffing, tools, coaching, and training needs. • Drive quality service by meeting or exceeding established metrics. • Monitor and support teammates daily and provide leadership with metric updates. • Drive productivity and quality results; coach team members on time management, organization, and metrics. • Measure and evaluate employees against established goals and objectives. • Engage employees in performance management activities. • Direct AR team work, ensure billing timelines are met, and manage payment posting trends and reconciliation. • Provide employees with regular feedback and guidance. • Participate in meetings, performance improvement planning, strategic planning, project development, and plan execution. • Respond to leader, client, and associate questions with data and analytical observations. • Coach performance and manage associate progression or timely exit when results are not forthcoming. • Work with Human Resources on applications, interviews, and hiring recommendations. • Engage other departments and third-party vendors to resolve associate or client challenges. • Meet budgeted revenue and expense expectations. • Review client AR, worklists, process status codes, high-priority AR assignments, and critical metrics monthly. • Serve as the client point of contact, communicating by phone or email every two weeks before month-end review meetings. • Escalate issues to the VP, Revenue Cycle. • Identify client needs and provide best-practice workflow feedback. • Complete, review, and provide feedback on monthly client dashboards covering case volume, cash, issues, and KPIs. • Manage month-end reporting and client billing reconciliation. • Manage fee schedule updates, chargemaster increases, contract grids, and client profiles. • Prepare and send client invoices. • Resolve QA cards by reviewing cases, correcting statuses, and providing team feedback.
