📋 Description

• Administer and operate the Gravitee API management platform, including environments, organizations, gateways, management console, developer portal, users, groups, and role-based access • Configure and maintain APIs, plans, applications, and subscriptions for AI services, LLM provider endpoints, and AI-related integrations • Manage API publishing, versioning, environment promotion, deprecation, change control, and configuration version control • Monitor, patch, upgrade, and maintain Gravitee gateways and supporting components, including certificates, secrets, capacity, and high availability • Onboard approved AI use cases, connectors, MCP servers, and agent endpoints onto Gravitee • Monitor analytics, logs, and alerts; troubleshoot API and gateway issues; and produce usage, error, latency, and cost reporting • Integrate Gravitee with enterprise identity providers and secrets management • Administer ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot tenant and workspace settings, roles, permissions, data and retention settings, integrations, and usage controls • Manage SSO and SCIM provisioning, license assignment and reclamation, onboarding, and offboarding • Apply AI GRC configuration baselines, document configuration state, and remediate configuration drift • Support Shadow AI discovery and prevention and help users move to approved AI tools • Provide Tier 2 operational support through the ITSM platform and escalate issues as needed • Track vendor releases, feature changes, model versions, and deprecations; coordinate communication and testing • Produce logs, usage data, and configuration records for control monitoring, audits, due diligence, and evidence requests • Develop runbooks, configuration standards, knowledge articles, and user guidance • Track and report availability, API traffic, error rates, adoption, license utilization, ticket volumes, and cost • Automate administrative tasks with Python, PowerShell, and platform APIs • Partner with AI GRC, Information Security, IAM, Legal, Privacy, and business teams to implement requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience • Hands-on, production experience administering Gravitee, including API management, gateway configuration, policies, plans, subscriptions, applications, and environment management • Experience in IT operations, systems administration, platform administration, or API management preferred • Hands-on experience administering enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot, including admin console configuration, SSO/SCIM integration, role-based access, and license management • Working knowledge of REST, HTTP troubleshooting, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, API keys, mTLS, rate limiting, and gateway patterns • Experience with SSO, SCIM provisioning, and role-based access using an enterprise identity provider such as Microsoft Entra ID or Okta • Scripting and automation ability using Python, PowerShell, or equivalent • Working knowledge of Git, YAML, and JSON • Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes, as used in Gravitee deployments • Foundational understanding of LLM concepts, including prompts, tokens, model versions, tool and function calling, and MCP • Experience with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow, and ITIL-aligned incident, request, and change management practices • Experience supporting audits, due diligence, or compliance evidence requests in a regulated environment preferred • Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST CSF, and OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications is a plus • Preferred certifications include Gravitee training or certification, Microsoft Azure or AI fundamentals certifications, ITIL 4, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Security+, or equivalent • Ability to translate governance and control requirements into accurate platform configuration • Strong written communication and ability to author clear runbooks and change documentation • Commitment to separation of duties • Strong attention to detail and disciplined approach to change control • Ability to work with engineering, security, identity, legal, and business stakeholders and manage competing priorities • Comfort learning quickly and contributing to documentation and process improvement
