📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between SitusAMC and its clients to facilitate delivery and implementation of SitusAMC software and configuration into client production environments • Receive, validate, and route software defects internally for resolution • Provide training to clients and internal team members • Act within alignment of security roles • Document specifications, including Findings, Extensions, and Enhancements • Create User Guides, Release Notes, and Configuration documentation • Conduct Client Admin, Client End-User, and Internal trainings • Perform work on-site and utilizing VSD (Virtual Service Delivery) • Demonstrate upgrade features, enhancements, issue reviews, and custom configuration demonstrations • Configure application setup and installation • Apply SitusAMC application knowledge and understanding of business concepts • Test SitusAMC applications for project and support-related activities • Validate internal and external findings • Analyze specifications and requirements • Perform other related activities assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent • Knowledge of Internet browser software and Microsoft Office suite • Ability to learn and apply new skills • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully • Strong customer service acumen and skills • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands • Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction • Ability to work independently • Initiative and commitment to self-development activities • Accuracy and thoroughness • Strong business acumen • Read and interpret XML's as preferred experience
