📋 Description

• Liaise between SitusAMC and clients to facilitate delivery and implementation of in-house software and configuration into client production environments • Receive, validate, and route software defects internally for resolution • Provide training to clients and internal team members • Travel nationally to support client installations in normal times • Validate issues internally and externally • Test in-house applications for project and support-related activities • Provide client administrator, client end-user, and internal training onsite and via Virtual Service Delivery (VSD) • Demonstrate upgrades, features, enhancements, issue reviews, and custom configurations • Conduct in-house application configuration, setup, and installation • Develop in-house application knowledge and understanding of business concepts • Create specifications, findings, extensions, and enhancements • Create user guides, release notes, and configuration documentation • Analyze specifications and requirements • Perform other related activities as assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Entry-level professional with 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server • Knowledge of Internet browser software • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • Ability to learn and apply new skills • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully • Ability to work cooperatively in group situations and actively resolve conflicts • Strong customer service acumen and skills • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and adjust approach or method • Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction • Ability to work independently • Initiative and willingness to undertake self-development activities • Accuracy and thoroughness • Strong business acumen • Ability to travel up to 15%
