📋 Description

• Support trade management and collateral-related services across multiple client trades and/or projects • Create and timely deliver accurate trade reporting to clients according to client schedules/calendars • Complete ad hoc reporting requested by clients and Trade/Portfolio Managers • Ensure client reports are accurate and provided at least 24 hours before scheduled calls • Review trade-level reports to ensure projects progress on time and tasks are updated properly • Communicate issues to Functional, Reconciliation, and Chain teams • Communicate directly with relevant teams on high-priority deals/tasks for assigned clients • Evaluate and resolve loan-level issues assigned by other departments • Identify and resolve task-coding and reporting discrepancies • Validate chains of assignments, order assignments, and Allonges for assigned client tasks/portfolios • Facilitate rush and one-off requests for document creation, recording, cancellation, and retrieval • Retrieve images from custodians and sellers, upload them into CAM, and coordinate pre-settlement timelines • Perform other duties assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3 or more years’ experience or expert level knowledge in reviewing, assessing, and curing mortgage collateral documents • Prior experience in Specialist I, Client Services Support I strongly preferred • Some mortgage related document knowledge preferred • Responsible for researching and solving loan or task level escalated issues and problems • Attention to detail in the review and data entry of information from documents • Ability to compose professional correspondence independently for internal/external clients • Ability to conduct web-based research independently • Proficient in Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Exercises good judgment with access to confidential borrower data (SSN) • Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills • Fast and accurate data entry • Makes some independent task level or loan level decisions after research and within delegated authority levels • Self-motivated with initiative to research, question, and apply information • Independently organizes, tracks, and prioritizes assigned work • Performs quality control (QC) and review of others’ work • Monitors, reports, and escalates workflow timelines according to service level requirements • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment • Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as necessary
