📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end sales process for used vehicles through B2B channels • Maximize sales volume, margin, and market penetration • Identify new business opportunities and onboard dealer partners • Strengthen existing dealer relationships to drive sustained growth • Build trust-based client relationships through consistent communication and reliable service • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership buyers • Monitor local market trends and competitor pricing • Ensure vehicle pricing remains competitive and aligned with company goals • Identify and address remarketing process challenges, including inventory management and buyer concerns • Analyze market trends and use data to shape pricing and sales strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment • Strong influencing, negotiating, and high-value deal-closing track record • Ability to analyze market trends and use data to shape pricing and sales strategies • Experience with CRM systems • Experience with digital sales platforms • Understanding of vehicle valuation, reconditioning, and inventory management is a plus • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset • Ability to work independently • Willingness to travel domestically within the territory up to 30% of the time • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
