📋 Description

• Make first contact with leads via email, phone and online platforms; • Qualify opportunities and pass them to the sales team; • Nurture leads from campaigns, events and inbound marketing strategies; • Update the CRM with interaction details and history; • Conduct strategic follow-ups throughout the lead journey; • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase conversions.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; • Minimum 6 months of experience as an SDR, in presales, or in commercial/customer-facing roles; • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, RD Station, or similar; • Experience in B2B relationship management; • Experience working in the real estate market; • Knowledge of outbound and inbound sales techniques; • Experience with long sales cycles.
