⢠Make first contact with leads via email, phone and online platforms; ⢠Qualify opportunities and pass them to the sales team; ⢠Nurture leads from campaigns, events and inbound marketing strategies; ⢠Update the CRM with interaction details and history; ⢠Conduct strategic follow-ups throughout the lead journey; ⢠Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase conversions.
⢠High school diploma or equivalent; ⢠Minimum 6 months of experience as an SDR, in presales, or in commercial/customer-facing roles; ⢠Familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, RD Station, or similar; ⢠Experience in B2B relationship management; ⢠Experience working in the real estate market; ⢠Knowledge of outbound and inbound sales techniques; ⢠Experience with long sales cycles.
