📋 Description

• Realizar contatos ativos (via telefone, whatsapp, e-mail e redes sociais) com leads fornecidos pelo time de marketing ou captados de forma autônoma. • Mapear stakeholders e as necessidades dos leads no funil de vendas. • Aplicar o processo de **qualificação** de leads, identificando o perfil do cliente (fit), suas dores e o potencial de compra. • Garantir a transição do lead qualificado para o consultor comercial (SQL). • Manter todas as interações e informações organizadas e atualizadas no sistema de CRM (ex: HubSpot). • Garantir a gestão eficaz do pipeline e seguir os SLAs definidos para tempo de contato e resposta. • Fornecer feedback regular ao time de marketing sobre a qualidade dos MQLs gerados e sugerir melhorias nos processos. • Colaborar com o time de vendas para otimizar abordagens e scripts de pré-venda. • Cumprir metas de atividades diárias, como número de ligações, agendamentos e taxa de conversão.

🎯 Requirements

• Uso correto da língua portuguesa e adequação às normas gramaticais; • Conhecimento no Pacote Gsuite (Google); • Conhecimento teórico em metodologias de vendas. • Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação de prospecção (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). • Conhecimento em CRM (ex.: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce). • Ter brilho nos olhos pela área comercial e foco em resultados; • Boa comunicação e escuta ativa; • Resiliência - Ser uma pessoa determinada, que não desiste fácil; • Facilidade em lidar com situações de alta pressão e demanda; • Muita vontade e abertura para aprender; • Pensamento analítico - Ótima capacidade exploratória; • Organização e adaptabilidade. • Superior em andamento ou completo em Administração, Marketing, Publicidade, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.
