📋 Description

• Handle customer support tickets received via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner • Meet Service Level Agreements, including answering calls within 2 rings, chats within 10 seconds, emails within 20 minutes, and returning missed calls or chats immediately • Maintain customer satisfaction and a ticket rating average of 9.7 out of 10 or higher • Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate with customers throughout the process • Identify, test, and escalate software issues • Manage fluctuating ticket volume and support team members • Complete File Recs from the service queue and other assigned tasks during downtime • Participate in 1:1 conversations about performance, department culture, and personal growth and development • Complete quarterly group and individual projects assigned by CSM
