📋 Description

• Implement and configure technology solutions in a healthcare revenue cycle environment • Translate business requirements into technical specifications • Manage integration processes and support client onboarding • Lead end-to-end implementation activities, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate existing platforms and meet client specifications • Develop and maintain implementation documentation • Provide technical guidance during project execution • Resolve complex issues to ensure timely delivery • Monitor post-implementation performance metrics • Recommend enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience

🎯 Requirements

• Subject matter expertise in implementing and configuring technology solutions within a healthcare revenue cycle environment • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications • Experience managing integration processes • Experience supporting client onboarding • Knowledge of workflow optimization and compliance standards • Experience with requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for platform integration • Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation • Ability to provide technical guidance during project execution • Ability to resolve complex implementation issues • Ability to monitor post-implementation performance metrics and recommend enhancements • Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States
