📋 Description

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with franchise owners and leadership teams • Conduct needs assessments to understand franchisee challenges, opportunities, and business goals • Provide tailored recommendations and action plans reinforcing brand standards and proven systems • Serve as liaison between franchisees and the corporate support team • Guide strategic business plans supporting local growth and brand performance • Advise on market trends, expansion opportunities, competitive positioning, and profitability • Evaluate new revenue streams including memberships, birthday parties, food and beverage programs, and seasonal initiatives • Provide operational consulting and monitor compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures • Conduct business reviews and share benchmarking data • Deliver coaching, mentorship, workshops, and regional meetings • Provide tools and resources to implement proven strategies • Analyze financial statements, P&Ls, sales metrics, and benchmarking reports • Support budgeting, cost management, and financial targets • Partner with owners on company-wide initiatives and local-market adaptation • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements • Advise on risk mitigation and brand protection • Act as subject matter expert in park operations, financial acumen, and franchise system standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Pennsylvania, New York, or New Jersey • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred • 7+ years in franchise consulting, business development, or multi-unit operations • Proven success in driving growth and strengthening franchise businesses • Strong financial expertise with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Clear and compelling communication and presentation skills • Creative problem-solving ability • Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while working on a computer and communicating via phone and Teams • Ability to move around during park visits, with or without reasonable accommodation
