📋 Description

• Lead, schedule, and maintain Slate's growing fleet of company-owned vehicles used for PR, marketing, and influencer programs • Ensure every fleet vehicle is scheduled, maintained, insured, and event-ready • Maintain vehicle condition, mileage, and service-history records • Coordinate repairs, detailing, recalls, and software updates • Schedule media and influencer vehicle loans, pickups, and drop-offs • Coordinate vehicle placement with press and content creators through fleet vendors • Track vehicle availability against editorial and campaign calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts • Own day-to-day scheduling and transportation logistics for events, photo/video shoots, and media drives • Coordinate vehicle pickup, delivery, and transport across markets • Manage dealerships, service centers, detailing vendors, and other fleet or logistics providers • Build and maintain preventive maintenance schedules • Evaluate and onboard new vendors • Own the fleet budget and track spending against budget • Partner with Finance on forecasting and budget planning • Maintain registration, titling, insurance, safety, DOT, and regulatory documentation • Maintain vehicle condition, mileage, and chain-of-custody documentation during loans • Partner with Marketing, PR, and Experiential teams on campaign and event needs • Provide vehicle information and availability to internal stakeholders • Implement process improvements and scalable fleet-operation systems • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience managing a vehicle fleet • Experience with fleet management service providers and media/influencer vehicle loan programs • Proficiency in Smartsheets, Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software • Experience with vendor and budget management tools • Comfortable using scheduling and logistics platforms • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to operate independently in a remote role and make sound decisions under time pressure • Experience in automotive PR, brand ambassador programs, or experiential marketing preferred • Knowledge of, or interest in, the automotive and electric vehicle industries preferred • Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing a department budget preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis • Visa sponsorship is unavailable
