📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive sleep histories and physical examinations via telehealth or in-person • Evaluate sleep-related complaints • Order and interpret Home Sleep Apnea Tests (HSAT) and in-lab Polysomnography (PSG) • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including CPAP/BiPAP therapy, pharmacological interventions, and lifestyle counseling • Educate patients on sleep hygiene, sleep disorders, and therapy compliance benefits • Monitor patient progress • Manage equipment titration and adjustments • Provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) referrals or basic coaching • Collaborate with Sleep Technicians, Medical Director, and administrative staff

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program • Current, active, unrestricted NCCPA certification • State PA license; multi-state license preferred • Certification in Behavioral Sleep Medicine (CBSM) or experience in Sleep Medicine is a major plus • DEA registration and state-specific prescriptive authority • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant preferred • Experience with telehealth or remote patient care is required • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth platforms • Familiarity with CPAP compliance software such as Canvas, AirView, or Care Orchestrator is highly desirable • Exceptional verbal and written skills • Ability to explain complex physiological concepts in human terms
