📋 Description

• Analyze home sleep test results, identify patterns and abnormalities, communicate findings, and address customer questions • Conduct virtual CPAP and BiPAP machine setups • Titrate CPAP/BiPAP pressure according to clinical guidelines • Review and monitor compliance data from cloud-connected PAP devices • Identify therapy issues or non-compliance and proactively troubleshoot with patients • Perform virtual mask fittings and recommend options to optimize seal and comfort • Educate patients on PAP equipment usage, cleaning, and maintenance • Guide patients through resupply schedules and replacement of masks, cushions, filters, and tubing • Support patients with therapy challenges such as dryness, leaks, and discomfort • Document patient interactions, troubleshooting steps, and follow-up plans in internal systems • Stay current on DME products, PAP accessories, and sleep apnea treatment best practices • Collaborate with clinical, support, and logistics teams to coordinate care • Contribute ideas to improve the follow-up program and patient experience

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required • Minimum of 2–3 years of DME experience required • Familiarity with mask types, resupply guidelines, and best practices for long-term PAP success • Skilled in virtual education, troubleshooting, and mask fittings • Patient-focused approach and commitment to compassionate support • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and cloud-based compliance systems • Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) for sleep apnea care • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality • Ability to adapt and respond quickly in a remote, fast-paced, collaborative environment
