📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Community, and Revenue Operations. • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and recruiting strategies. • Proactively source and engage high-quality and passive candidates through sourcing, networking, and referrals. • Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill GTM roles. • Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate experience, capabilities, and role alignment. • Manage candidates throughout the interview process and deliver an engaging candidate experience. • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation expectations, interview practices, and candidate evaluation. • Develop competitive offers, navigate negotiations, and close candidates. • Manage multiple searches while balancing hiring speed, candidate quality, and business priorities. • Maintain recruiting data in the applicant tracking system and use pipeline metrics to improve processes. • Represent Slide in the talent market and strengthen its employer brand. • Improve recruiting processes, interview practices, and hiring workflows. • Support recruiting across other business functions as priorities evolve.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company. • Strong experience recruiting GTM talent across Sales, Marketing, Channels, Customer Success, or other revenue-generating functions. • Demonstrated success proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates. • Experience building pipelines, processes, and resources in early-stage environments. • Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and fill competitive or hard-to-fill roles. • Strong understanding of GTM roles and talent markets. • Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions. • Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and negotiation skills. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting metrics; Ashby ATS experience preferred. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Legally authorized to work in the United States. • Must not require employer sponsorship for an employment visa to work in the United States.
