📋 Description

• Partner with Product and Software Engineering during early feature design • Define test requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria • Develop domain expertise to guide risk analysis and test coverage strategies • Architect and expand maintainable UI automation frameworks • Cover critical user journeys and core product workflows • Design and maintain automated API test suites • Validate microservices, webhook payloads, data contracts, and third-party integrations • Monitor daily automated test runs and triage test execution signals • Collaborate with engineering to fix test-suite flakiness or escalate software defects • Build developer-facing utilities, test data generators, and diagnostic tools • Translate product-team testing bottlenecks into shared tools and infrastructure • Integrate test execution into CI/CD build pipelines • Improve pipeline stability and enable fast, confident deployments • Support the Dispatch or Communications and Documentation product team while contributing to the broader Quality Engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in related discipline or equivalent working experience • 3+ years of experience working with test automation frameworks • Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright • Proficiency in one or more programming languages; Ruby and JavaScript preferred • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence • Familiarity with Git and GitHub • Familiarity with Zephyr and TestRail • Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) • Understanding of quality assurance methods and testing principles • Experience testing web-based products and/or mobile applications • Ability to self-learn, self-motivate, take initiative, and work autonomously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment • Experience with Grafana k6 or JMeter is a major plus • Must reside in an eligible state; applications are not accepted from Alaska, California, Hawaii, Montana, North Dakota, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Wyoming • Must not require work visa sponsorship
