📋 Description

• Enroll students into Undergraduate and Graduate degree programs at SNHU • Receive and respond to inquiries through email, live chat, telephone, and other marketing channels • Assist students through the enrollment process • Serve as a liaison to other campus departments and advocate for students • Conduct phone interviews with prospective students and evaluate their needs, interests, and qualifications • Provide accurate information about program offerings, delivery mode, school fit, structure, accreditation, and cost • Achieve goals related to daily activity, schedule adherence, ready time, call outline adherence, call and email flow, service and support, compliance, and program knowledge • Assist prospective students through the admission process in compliance with SNHU policies, procedures, regulations, and accrediting standards • Follow schedules including ready time, follow-up time, and chat • Manage relationships, call flow, and pipeline; perform needs analysis, service and support, planning, and implementation • Partner with Financial Aid, Enrollment Support Services, Advising, and other departments; escalate issues • Uphold SNHU policies, procedures, integrity, and ethics • Participate in commencement or commencement-related activities as required • Perform additional assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• An associate degree or some college coursework must be completed; equivalent experience in lieu of degree acceptable • At least 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience in relationship or consultative sales • Flexible to work either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday • Must reside in an approved Synergy state within the Central, Eastern, Mountain, or Pacific time zones • Hawaii is not eligible for consideration • Reliable internet connection • Dedicated, properly equipped workspace free of distractions
