📋 Description

• Track every student waiting for a tutor, beginning with students referred through partner organizations • Determine why students have not been paired and resolve pairing issues • Follow up with families and tutors by phone, email, and text to ensure tutoring pairings start • Use ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools to draft messages, clean spreadsheets, identify patterns, and build small tools • Identify process problems to the Operations team and help fix them • Work with and report to the Learn To Be Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program • Work study part of financial aid package • Students with work study may be prioritized • Able to work 15–20 hours every week, reliably and predictably, including during midterms and finals • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to build something real • Clear, friendly written communication and comfortable making phone calls to parents and volunteers • Consent to a DOJ Dru Sjodin Sex Offender Database Background check • Access to a device with internet access and a working webcam
