âą Conduct interviews and facilitate group sessions with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements âą Document business requirements using process models, use cases, epics, user stories, impact analysis, completion criteria, and functional and non-functional requirements âą Establish the requirements baseline and manage requirement changes âą Manage requirements traceability matrices and confirm solutions meet requirements âą Use advanced modeling techniques to create diagrams, models, prototypes, system and data relationship views, and current- and future-state process flows âą Analyze requirements and validate potential solutions with business and technical staff âą Support testing, including test script development, acceptance criteria, integration testing, test data creation, and user acceptance testing âą Provide consultative support to stakeholders âą Guide transition of solutions from development to production/operational status âą Facilitate understanding between functional and technical teams âą Engage vendors and monitor vendor performance against SNHU requirements âą Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, QA, project managers, stakeholders, and peers throughout the software/system development lifecycle âą Produce documentation, training, and assistance tailored to the audience âą Clarify roles and responsibilities and resolve areas of confusion or overlap âą Perform other responsibilities as assigned
âą 7+ years of experience in business/operations/systems analysis, solution analysis, business process management, product ownership, or project management âą Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant professional experience demonstrating the required knowledge and skills âą Experience developing at least three of: Business Requirements Documents, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, technical specifications, test plans, test cases, and requirements traceability matrices âą Experience leading stakeholder interviews and requirements-elicitation workshops âą Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to varied audiences âą Experience negotiating decisions and compromises among stakeholders âą Experience analyzing business processes and leading cross-functional stakeholders through structured solution evaluation âą Ability to translate business requirements into functional, non-functional, and technical requirements âą Experience documenting cost-benefit projections, security considerations, and operational/change impact assessments âą Experience with business process analysis and modeling, workflow analysis, gap analysis, root cause analysis, and current-/future-state process documentation using industry-standard methodologies âą Familiarity with databases, CRMs, and data mapping/flows âą Ability to work remotely from and reside in an approved U.S. state âą Reliable internet connection and dedicated, properly equipped workspace free of distractions
