📋 Description

• Achieve quarterly and annual pipeline generation and revenue targets for allocated accounts and/or territory by developing a territory sales strategy and target account list • Execute tailored sales plays for Data Engineering market opportunities and help customers optimize Snowflake platform usage • Understand customers’ Data Engineering needs and communicate insights to inform Snowflake’s product roadmap • Advise customers and partners on Snowflake Data Engineering and Data Lakehouse capabilities and value • Drive customer engagements from discovery and qualification through solution implementation and deployment with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Leadership, and Field CTOs • Track, analyze, and report Data Engineering sales performance metrics • Integrate Data Engineering sales efforts with broader go-to-market plans • Drive regional forecasting and exceed consumption revenue targets

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience • At least 6 years of sales experience selling technical solutions and software products into the enterprise market • Consistently exceeded sales objectives and demonstrated a strong record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets • Familiarity with solution-based selling and experience managing complex sales processes • Excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills • Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships • Strong communication skills and ability to engage senior executives and technical and business decision-makers • In-depth knowledge of Data Engineering, Data Lakehouse, ingestion, and transformation technologies • Proven expertise driving successful sales initiatives in these domains • Ability to work across Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product teams • Preferred: experience in overlay sales roles and/or driving product consumption through workloads and use cases • Preferred: technical background with understanding of the data space and market • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
