📋 Description

• Learn Snyk's platform in depth and run technical demonstrations for prospects and customers • Support the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including demos, proof of concepts, and product questions • Educate customers and partners on open source and cloud native security • Interface with engineering, product, and customer success teams to relay customer feedback and help build solutions for well defined accounts • Share customer conversation insights with the broader Solutions Engineering team • Work with channel partners on demos and proof of concepts • Document proof of concept outcomes and common objections • Take on increasingly complex accounts and technical scenarios

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales engineering, software development, or a related technical customer facing role, or equivalent hands on experience • Familiarity with a range of coding languages and how they fit together • Working understanding of developer and DevOps ecosystems and practices • Curiosity about new technologies and a habit of digging into how things work • Comfort setting your own milestones, communicating progress, and asking for help when needed • Interest in or early experience working with technical customers, including at the mid market or enterprise level • Team oriented mindset and interest in learning from more senior teammates • Nice to have: a developer background or hands on coding experience • Nice to have: experience in an early stage or fast growing startup, especially in developer tooling • Nice to have: working fluency with AI assisted development tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Gemini
