📋 Description

• Manage and administer LMS platforms, including FedTalent, Percipio, and Totara • Implement virtual training • Develop online courseware and content • Integrate LMS platforms with third-party systems • Perform data migration • Configure SCORM • Produce Power BI and LMS reports • Provide help desk and user support • Conduct workforce competency assessments • Support Section 508 accessibility • Recommend LMS modernization initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen / must be a US citizen • 10+ years with federal LMS systems • Strong technical support, web development, programming, and information security experience • Expertise with FedTalent, Percipio, and Totara LMS platforms • Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or a related field • Industry certifications • Strong communication and customer support skills
