📋 Description

• Educate and assist patients with enrollment in copay and foundation assistance programs • Prepare and send enrollment forms and related correspondence for patient assistance programs • Stay current on federal, state, and contractual guidelines related to copay assistance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on benefit navigation • Provide support to Patient Ambassadors on complex benefit cases • Create, explain, and verify advance beneficiary notices (ABNs) • Assist patients experiencing financial hardship through the internal Soleo Assistance Program • Manage renewals for manufacturer, foundation, and Soleo Assistance Program cases • Ensure compliance with manufacturer program requirements, including report creation and maintenance • Support supervisors and managers with assigned special projects

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of home infusion specialty pharmacy experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines • Ability to interpret payor contract fee schedules based on NDC and HCPCS units • Strong ability to multitask and support numerous referrals and priorities while meeting productivity and quality expectations • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations • Basic-level skill in Microsoft Excel and Word • Knowledge of CPR+ preferred • Must be able to work full-time, Monday–Friday, during standard business hours of 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
