📋 Description

• Own assigned order and revenue targets while supporting a profitable mix of products and services. • Develop account-specific technology and capital replacement plans aligned with customer priorities and budgeting cycles. • Lead opportunity strategy from qualification through proposal, commercial negotiation, and closure. • Develop competitive conversion and new-account strategies to expand market presence and share. • Build trusted relationships with existing and prospective customers through outreach, meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and site visits. • Identify customer needs and opportunities for upgrades, service contracts, software solutions, and new products. • Generate leads through consistent prospecting, whitespace analysis, cold calling, and business development activities. • Partner with strategic account leaders, sales specialists, and other team members on complex opportunities. • Prepare quotations, proposals, and supporting sales documentation. • Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, pipeline, and forecast information within CRM systems. • Contribute to forecasting, pipeline reviews, account planning, and customer success activities. • Coordinate with Service, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Contract Administration throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle. • Maintain strong retention across the installed base and address customer concerns through appropriate internal channels. • Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred. • 2–5 years of successful B2B sales or account management experience, ideally selling medical capital equipment, software, or complex healthcare technology. • Experience selling to hospitals, health systems, or other complex healthcare organizations. • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, generate pipeline, and manage opportunities through a complex sales cycle. • Strong communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills. • Ability to establish credibility with both clinical and executive-level customers. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a matrix organization. • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, adaptability, and willingness to learn. • Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. • Medical device or healthcare industry experience preferred. • Experience in oncology, radiation therapy, healthcare IT, medical imaging, or hospital environments preferred. • Capital equipment sales experience preferred. • Familiarity with healthcare software and information systems preferred. • Experience navigating hospital capital budgeting and procurement processes preferred.
