📋 Description

• Create and manage job postings on Indeed and other recruiting platforms • Source candidates for door-to-door sales and installer positions • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews • Evaluate candidates using established hiring criteria • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers when applicable • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing hiring needs • Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred • Proven experience recruiting candidates for U.S.-based positions • Experience recruiting international candidates for employment opportunities in the United States is highly preferred • Familiarity with Indeed and online recruiting platforms • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills • Excellent communication and organizational abilities • Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
