• Develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution phases • Coordinate work between PV, battery storage, high voltage, and services business units • Lead and mentor assigned schedulers • Contribute to training curriculum development and company onboarding • Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6 • Analyze drawings, contracts, and other project documents • Perform quantity take-offs to establish activity durations • Consult with engineering, procurement, project management, field teams, owners, and consultants • Ensure schedules follow CPM best practices • Attend project coordination and owner meetings • Update schedules bi-monthly, incorporate actuals, and monitor critical path deviations • Propose corrective actions and schedule mitigation solutions • Communicate schedule updates to project teams and the scheduling manager • Perform what-if analyses across integrated schedules • Maintain delay logs and contract information, including LD exposure, with custom P6 reports • Monitor progress using Sunscreen and confirm against schedule updates • Maintain and communicate weekly regional project status reports • Visit jobsites to build rapport and understand site-specific details • Train personnel in scheduling procedures • Assist business development and owners in analyzing and improving project schedules • Support P6 database maintenance and reporting efforts
• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience • Prior Scheduling experience in an EPC environment • High proficiency and experience using P6 Software • Strong ability to read and understand plans and specifications • Thorough knowledge of construction methods and processes • Solid understanding of construction-related Critical Path Method scheduling • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including business writing skills, and professional telephone manner • Reliability, dependability and flexibility • Ability to travel to jobsites • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future
