📋 Description

• Evaluate and optimize AI-driven medical coding technologies • Analyze coding performance data and review autonomous coding outputs against benchmarks • Identify clinical scenarios, charts, and specialties ready for increased automation • Detect systemic AI errors, compliance drops, and data anomalies • Collaborate with the reporting team to develop data reports for leadership and stakeholders • Escalate software bugs, compliance gaps, and edge cases to engineering, compliance, and coding teams • Work with the data science team to identify opportunities • Direct coding and content analysts to investigate coding-related concerns • Communicate impact to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and seven (7) years of experience as a RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist, Coder, or RN • OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and eleven (11) years of experience as a RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist, Coder, or RN • Experience must be in a private, public, government, or military environment • Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems • Experience with Computer-Assisted Coding (CAC) or autonomous coding engines • Proven ability to drive technology automation • Clear, consistent communication to ensure client retention and alignment • Ability to navigate client negotiations to find mutually beneficial solutions • Executive-level presentation skills regarding ROI statistics • Ability to bridge technical engineers, clinical staff, and customers • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship • Up to 10% domestic travel
