📋 Description

• Negotiating and closing large sales opportunities by presenting to individuals or to groups through use of persuasive verbal and written communication skills. • Consistently exceeding sales objectives while maintaining best-in-class CRM accuracy and disciplined territory management. • Solving complex problems with a positive attitude in a highly competitive environment. • Used point-of-sale and market share analytics to prioritize high-impact opportunities and optimize territory strategy. • Demonstrating a high level of comfort with cold calling and proactive outreach to uncover opportunities and expand territory penetration. • Collaborating and sharing knowledge with numerous people within different segments of the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience AND Current, valid Driver’s License • Five (5) years of sales in the oral care business segment/industry in a private, public, government or military environment • Experience with Data Analytics is preferred • Knowledge/experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce • Proven category leadership • Exposure to attractive end-markets • Innovation mindset driving improved patient outcomes • Collaborative customer relationships • Deep global regulatory experience • Operational excellence and strong cash flow • Strong sales growth and profitability with significant recurring sales
