📋 Description

• Manage global HCP payment operations, ensuring timely issue submission, payment delivery, issue resolution, accuracy, and compliance • Lead creation of PO and invoice management • Serve as the SAP S/4HANA Subject Matter Expert, providing system support, troubleshooting, and process optimization • Own invoice management, KPI tracking, analysis, and leadership reporting for key operational processes • Ensure financial accuracy and audit readiness through invoice reconciliation, tracking, and controls • Serve as Smartsheet Subject Matter Expert, providing support for key project management, workflow automation, and business operations needs • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Associate Degree or higher AND 5 years of experience in business operations, financial coordination, project support, or related operational roles • Experience supporting HCP engagement, meeting planning, travel management, or financial operations • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, purchase order management, invoice processing, and financial reporting • Experience administering Smartsheet, including workflows, dashboards, forms, and reporting • Experience supporting global teams and cross-functional stakeholder • May include up to 10% travel • Applicants must provide education and work history
