📋 Description

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, including automated testing, model deployment, and version control • Deploy ML models as scalable APIs and microservices meeting performance and latency requirements for clinical use • Implement monitoring for model performance, data drift, and production system health • Develop and optimize ETL processes transforming healthcare data, including FHIR and HL7, into datasets for model training and inference • Help build and maintain feature stores and data layers ensuring consistency between training and production environments • Integrate ML outputs into core healthcare applications with backend teams • Write clean, maintainable, and documented Python code • Participate in code reviews • Use Docker and Kubernetes to package and orchestrate ML workloads • Ensure data handling and deployments meet HIPAA and HITRUST security standards • Travel domestically up to 10% • Attend required on-site onboarding during initial employment days

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field • 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data engineering • 5 years of experience in Python and familiarity with SQL • 2 years of experience working in machine learning production environments • 5 years of experience with AWS and containerization (Docker) • 3 years of experience working with Java • 3 years of experience with ML libraries (PyTorch or Scikit-learn) and MLOps tools (like Airflow, Prefect, BentoML, or Kubeflow) • 4 years with data processing frameworks (like Pandas, Spark, or dbt) • Familiarity with deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or using frameworks like LangChain • Experience working in a regulated environment (Healthcare, Finance, etc.) • Understanding of API design and microservices architecture • Responsibilities must comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards • Education and work history must be provided via resume or application fields
