📋 Description

• Lead strategic growth with healthcare distributor kitting, kit and tray, OEM, custom procedure pack, and post-acute channel customers • Develop strategic relationships with healthcare distributor kitting, custom procedure pack, post-acute, IDN, GPO, and supply chain customers • Develop and implement strategies for business retention, profitable growth, product standardization, and pull-through • Identify, develop, and convert growth opportunities for Solventum products used in medical procedure kits, trays, packs, and healthcare distribution channels • Serve as primary commercial contact for kitting-related business needs, including sourcing requests, product information, new product introductions, substitutions, documentation, pricing coordination, contract alignment, and operational issue resolution • Provide strategic direction to field sales teams and distributor partners to drive compliance, clinical value, customer pull-through, and portfolio growth • Monitor account performance, sales trends, point-of-sale data, share shift, competitive activity, operational barriers, and business risks • Create and present customer insights, growth forecasts, account risks, contract status, operational updates, and value-based contract approaches • Identify opportunities using data trends, industry partners, Salesforce pipeline management, customer needs, distributor program performance, and organizational goals • Collaborate with marketing, contracts, pricing, customer service, regulatory, quality, operations, supply chain, and field sales teams • Create and implement account plans, business reviews, field engagement plans, and distributor program execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Supply Chain, or a related field AND five (5) years of medical device, healthcare distribution, medical-surgical sales, distributor account management, supply chain, national accounts, or related healthcare commercial experience • OR High School Diploma/GED or higher AND nine (9) years of medical device, healthcare distribution, medical-surgical sales, distributor account management, supply chain, national accounts, or related healthcare commercial experience • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare distributor models, including acute care, post-acute, self-distribution and service providers • Current, valid Driver’s License • Expert in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Tableau • Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated leadership experience, executive-level communications, and cross-functional influence • Previous experience with national accounts, corporate accounts, large IDN management, major healthcare distributors • Excellent project management and business and financial acumen • Deep knowledge and expertise in healthcare economics, clinical outcomes, supply chain management and distributor agreements • Experience negotiating contracts, managing contract renewals, resolving account risks, leading business reviews, building distributor programs, and developing and executing business strategy • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy and insurance requirements
