📋 Description

• Develop and maintain competitive intelligence frameworks and dashboards for product positioning, portfolio gaps, innovation, and M&A opportunities • Track macro trends in healthcare and the MedTech sector affecting portfolio priorities • Support market selection, prioritization, and assessment led by Strategy & Business Development • Provide regular market and competitive updates to leadership and marketing teams • Develop frameworks and dashboards for portfolio prioritization and optimization • Prepare fact-based analyses and materials for strategic planning discussions and business reviews • Lead small- to medium-sized strategic projects from design through execution • Support initial evaluation of potential acquisition or partnership targets • Deliver clear, structured insights for executive-level presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution • Five (5) years of Marketing and/or business management experience, such as business analysis, market research, corporate strategy, or consulting • Advanced degree in MBA, Economics, or a related field is an additional qualification • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries is an additional qualification • Exposure to strategy development, M&A diligence, or portfolio management • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills • Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights • Demonstrated critical thinking skills • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Proficiency in project management and managing multiple projects and deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
