📋 Description

• Assist the Director of eCommerce and Web Services with day-to-day activities • Build new online stores • Perform upkeep of existing online stores • Communicate with clients regarding their accounts • Assist in other areas of the eCommerce Department based on business needs • Set up client accounts in Shopify • Build products in Shopify • Manage digital inventory, including adjusting inventory quantities and maintaining spreadsheets and other inventory management software • Accomplish eCommerce sales goals by working with internal teams • Maintain webstore functionality by working with clients • Contribute to a safe, respectful, and productive work environment • Perform job functions consistently and regularly while minimizing quality issues • Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment through housekeeping contributions

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Associates degree or higher preferred • Experience using Shopify, Shipstation, or similar shipping/fulfillment software • Working knowledge of Google Sites, specifically Gmail, Google Sheets, and/or Excel • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent phone skills and internet savvy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High standards of work ethic and self-motivation • Ability to learn Something Inked products • Excellent attention to detail • Photoshop experience preferred • Shopify and/or HTML/CSS coding and development experience preferred • Experience implementing Shopify Apps preferred • Specialization in front-end UI/UX preferred
